Looking for a fun and exciting summer job working with kids? The Town of Windsor Recreation Services seeks energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Summer Fun Camp Counselors team. You will organize daily camp activities, including sports, games, theme days, aquatics, arts, education, nature, and weekly trips. You will supervise groups of children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all. If you enjoy working with children, spending time outdoors, and understanding the positive impact of camp, we invite you to join us! The Summer Fun Camp Counselor position is seasonal from June through August 10th.

Minimum Qualifications:

• All applicants must be at least 16 years of age
• Be certified or willing to obtain CPR/AED & First Aid training before the start of the program
• Candidates must have prior camp experience

Compensation and Schedule:

$16.94 to $17.75 hourly, depending on qualifications and experience

40-hour-a-week position - June to August 10th, 2026

Daily schedule: Monday through Friday - 8-hour shift - between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
