Windsor Recreation Services is seeking skilled, reliable, and enthusiastic lifeguards who take pride in their ability to maintain a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Spend your summer lifeguarding at one of our great outdoor pools, where you’ll work as a team, form lasting friendships— and earn a great addition to your resume! Lifeguards will be responsible for supervising pool activities, provide aquatic instruction in swim lesson classes, enforcing safety rules, and being prepared to respond to any emergencies or incidents that may arise. This position offers an excellent chance for individuals who are passionate about water safety and working outside.  The position is seasonal from Memorial Day weekend through August 31, 2025   

Minimum Qualifications:

• All applicants must be at least 16 years of age

• Be certified or willing to obtain CPR/AED & First Aid training before the start of the program

• Candidates must Lifeguard Certification 

Compensation and Schedule:

$16.50 to $17.00 hourly depending on qualifications and experience
